This is a hot topic. The Nielsen 2010 Media Industry fact sheet reports that in November 2009, there were over 200 Million unique users on the top 5 social media networks in the USA. There were over 110M on Face Book, 51M on MySpace, 19M on Twitter, 12M on Classmate and 12M on LinkedIn.
Facebook is the number 1. Using social media the right way is very important for business and Bruce will explain how.

There’s actually very little flexibility in Facebook design, and I don’t think design is what really affects how many fans you get. On Facebook (as with all social media) it’s all about how you INTERACT with people.

Hey Crissy, most people would respectfully disagree with you. Facebook page design offers a LOT of flexibility and that is exactly what I will show people when they come to my session. Although you may be right in saying that it is how you interact with people that makes a difference, without a professional Facebook page design, there will be no interaction going on at all on your Facebook page. Designing your Facebook page the correct way will not only increase interaction, but it will encourage it and as a result, you increase your chances of improving sales for your business or band.I will show people the secrets to designing your Facebook page in that way.
